The vision that guides Pembina County Memorial 医院 Association is to develop a Family Centered Integrated Healthcare Organization which provides services that meet the needs of the region, thereby making us the provider of choice.

To help inform future decisions and strategic planning, Pembina County Memorial 医院, along with Pembina County Public Health conducted a community health needs assessment in Pembina County.  The Center for Rural Health at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences facilitated the assessment, which included the solication of input from area community members and health care professionals as well as analysis of community health-related data.
